As you all know, the summer season is going on and in such a situation, we all adopt new tricks to get relief from it, using which we can get relief from summer. In the summer season everyone eats food and drinks more. That is why today we have brought for you the method of making of Aam(Raw Mango) Panna recipe. Hope my friends will like my method.
Firstly Know about AAM(Raw Mango) PANNA
My dear friends, do you know that Aam Panna is an Indian drink famous for its cooling properties. Aam Panna is rich in iron, which increases the number of red blood cells by increasing the number of hemoglobin. In summer, the human body produces more sweat. In such a situation, Aam Panna helps in maintaining the electrolyte balance in the body, as well as prevents iron deficiency. Aam Panna keeps the body hydrated so that there is no shortage of water in the human body.
Ingredients to make Aam(raw mango) Panna
- 2 or 3 medium size raw mango
- 1/4 cup sugar(according your need)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp mint(pudina)
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- ¼ black pepperr powder
- 1 or 2 tbsp black salt (according to your taste)
- Few ice cubes
- Cold water
- Some mint leaves
How to make Aam(Raw Mango) Panna
Aam panna is made using raw and sour mango along with cumin and other spices.
First you take 2 or 3 (according to your need) raw mangoes.
After that turn on the gas stove, then put the raw mango on the gas stove and fry it for about three to four minutes. Then turn off the gas stove.
Now put the roasted mangoes in cold or plain water from the gas stove and cool them down. After cooling the mango, peel its skin.
Cut the mango into small pieces and then put the chopped mango in the mixer, after that add some sugar, mint, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder ,black salt, cardamom and a little cold water and grind it.
After this, we will filter the powdered mixer in a separate vessel with a sieve, then add a little more cold water to it.
For serving, take the prepared mango panna in a glass and put some ice cubes in it. Lastly, garnish with fresh mint leaves in a glass of aam panna and taste the aam panna.
- Don’t use fibroid mango’s
- Use raw green mangoes.
- Make sure mangoes should be sour.
- Use fresh mint leaves.
- Medium gas stove while roasting mangoes.
